SARAH'S GARDEN
Sarah Scott came to Texas
in 1839. This is a garden that she might have put in on her plantation
near the present city of Anderson, Texas. As close as possible
we have tried to stay with pre-1850 seeds. Where it wasn't possible
to obtain that specific strain, we've selected the later heirloom
plants.
